£8.5Mindfulness and yoga sessions to help youngsters – 11-15 year olds – cope with the stress of growing up. Observe thoughts and emotions without judging or reacting to them. Improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate kindness and positivity. Each session include 45 minutes of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
