Emergency repair works are being completed on Church Road requiring its closure until August 21.
Essex Highways have granted permission for Cadent to shut Church Road from a point near the railway bridge until next Monday. Traffic is being diverted off Church Road, along Walson Way and onto Forest Hall Road.
Please note although permission has been granted to the utility company to close Church Road until August 21, the work itself may be completed ahead of this date and the road opened sooner than indicated.
