This year’s Stansted Skatepark Jam leaps into view at a slightly earlier date than normal on July 30.
The event draws a large enthusiastic crowd to the park each year and is one of the largest SkateJam’s in Uttlesford
The action gets under way at 10.30am with the Under-10s showing off their jumps, turns and tricks at the skatepark in the Lower Street car park.
The thrills and spills continue through to 3.30pm when the last round of competi tors — the over-16 BMXers — hit the park’s ramps and rails.
Michelin awardee Andrew Bundy will be bringing his I Am Dumpling street food to the park (“world class [food] at Greggs prices”), and an ice-cream van will be there too.
