Mindfulness and yoga sessions to help youngsters - 11-15 year olds - cope with the stress of growing up. Observe thoughts and emotions without judging or reacting to them. Improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate kindness and positivity. Each session includes 45 minutes of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

A CAB advisor will be at the Mountfitchet Exchange offering help sorting out your bills, accessing benefits, or dealing with housing issues. No appointment necessary. You can also speak to an advisor in Saffron Walden via a computer hook-up during the Parish Council's reception hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm). Just ask at reception for the CAB computer.

Parents, children and people of all ages are invited indoors for a hot drink and a chat. Toys and space to let off steam for the kids plus Story Team from 10.30am. There’s coffee, tea and biscuits for the grown-ups, free squash and healthy snacks for the little ones. Limited free parking is available.
