Mindfulness and yoga sessions to help youngsters - 5-11 year olds - cope with the stressess of growing up. Observe thoughts and emotions without judging or reacting to them. Improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate kindness and positivity. Sessions include games, arts and craft activities.

Kick-a-bout football for those who live locally and who may find themselves out of shape and aged somewhere in their 30s into their 50s.

A refuse truck to handle your garden waste will be in the Lower Street Car Park. Please be mindful of driving in the area of the car park due to the proximity of the skate park nearby.
