Stansted Skate Jam

The Skate Jam celebrates its tenth anniversary. Organiser Seann Tompson has once again pulled in the sponsors – the Parish Council among them – and will act as the competition’s compere. There will be food, drinks, and ice-cream vans on site, as well as DJs spinning the tunes. Event categories and times:
- Under 10s – 10.30am
- Scooter- 11am
- Inline- 12pm
- Stateboard U16s- 12.45am
- Skateboard Over-16s- 1.30pm
- BMX U16s- 2.30pm
- BMX Over-16s- 3.30pm
We would ask users of the car park to be mindful of the event as there will be many taking part who are young residents, with parents bringing family members to watch the fun. Also please note because of the Skate Jam, the Garden Waste Skip Collection Service has been moved to the Crafton Green Car Park for the day (12.30-4.30pm).
