Open Spaces Meeting

The press and public are welcome to attend in person this meeting of the Open Spaces committee.

These is no time set aside for Public Participation, but you are welcome to raise any matters of concern in relation to the village’s open spaces with committee members before or after the meetings using their contact details on this website.

Any intention to record, film or take photographs during a meeting must be notified to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

1          To receive apologies for absence

2          To receive declarations of interest

3          To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 22^nd January 2025

4          To receive an update on action points from the last meeting

5          To receive a report from the Chair, Cllr J Kavanagh

6          To receive a Cemetery report

7          To receive a report from Sustainable Stansted – if available

8          To decide whether to hold an Annual Litter Pick and if so, set a date

9          To consider a quote for work to the tree at the corner of Crafton Green

10        To consider an offer from a local business to take on the planting and maintenance of one planter on Lower Street

11        To consider suggestions from committee members on the garden area at the end of Crafton Green Road

12        Allotments – to receive an update from the Allotments Working Group:
