£8.5Mindfulness and yoga sessions to help youngsters – 5-11 year olds – cope with the stressess of growing up. Observe thoughts and emotions without judging or reacting to them. Improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate kindness and positivity. Sessions include games, arts and craft activities.
