Mindfulness & Yoga for Young People

£8.5Mindfulness and yoga sessions to help youngsters – 5-11 year olds – cope with the stress of growing up. Observe thoughts and emotions without judging or reacting to them. Improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate kindness and positivity. Sessions include games, arts and craft activities. A 45 minute class of yoga, meditation and mindfulness for 11-15 year olds follows on from 1.45pm.
