The press and public are welcome to attend in person this meeting of the F&GP committee. You can also attend virtually by using the Zoom link.  Any intention to record, film or take photographs during a meeting must be notified to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Please note there is no time set a side for public participation at this meeting. You may contact committee members if there agenda items you wish to raise with them.
