Minutes of a meeting of the FULL COUNCIL held on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 7.30pm in The Mountfitchet Exchange, Crafton Green, 72 Chapel Hill, Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex.

ATTENDING Mrs Ruth Clifford – Parish Clerk
Due to the bad weather conditions of snow and ice, a decision had been taken earlier in the day, on safety grounds, to cancel the meeting. All councillors, as well as district and county representatives, the press and regular members of the public were notified by email and a note posted on the office door. As the meeting had been advertised to be held on Zoom for public attendance, the Clerk started the Zoom session and, finding that nobody was in the waiting room to join, ended it after 5 minutes.
