Additional ways to re-register
We recently contacted you requesting that you re-register your Local Resident Discount Scheme (LRDS) account. To ensure we allow residents sufficient time to re-register their account, we have extended the deadline and created additional ways for you to access the re-registration form.
If you wish to remain in the LRDS, please complete the re-registration form by scanning the QR code below, by visiting our website Pick Up & Drop Off | London Stansted Airport or by clicking the following link – Local Resident Re-registration form 2024
You will be required to provide your name, postal address, email address, LRDS card number and the registration details of up to two vehicles. If you no longer have your card, please state this within section 7 of the form and email DD_carparking@stanstedairport.com to request a new card. Please note there is a charge of £5 for replacement cards.
Please ensure you re-register your details by Thursday 31st October 2024 as residents who do not re-register by the deadline will be removed from the scheme and will need to re-apply.
Once you have completed the form, no further action will be required, and you can continue using your card as usual. We will use your updated details to communicate any future updates, including information about planned upgrades to enhance the passenger experience. If you have already re-registered your account since the 15th September, no further action is required.
If you require further information regarding the LRDS please email DD_carparking@stanstedairport.com Due to the high volume of enquiries we are currently receiving, we will endeavour to respond to your email within 10 working days.
