Jamie was co-opted as a Parish Councillor in May 2025 and wants to enhance the quality of life for residents in the village, having moved here with his partner just under two years ago. He has always lived in Essex.
He is an executive director of a global real estate consultancy with a background in chartered surveying. Jamie is chair of the board of trustees of the Shoreditch Trust, a community-based charity that aims to tackle health inequality in Hackney. He is also a strategic property advisor to the Portman Estate and Drapers’ Company, and has previously served on the board of City Property Association,
These roles mean Jamie comes to the Parish Council with lots of useful experience working alongside landowners, developers and investors to land projects that deliver tangible environmental and social improvements for local communities.
